Wanted: farm to buy in Sharaa

I am looking for a small farm or rest house with a shared title deed (صك مشاع) on the outskirts of Al-Qassim or Hail. The sale would be with a down payment and installments every six months, and the transactions would be done at a law office to protect rights.
